This weekend we ventured back to downtown Seattle. I thought it would be fun to take Nolin on The Great Wheel. It is a huge Ferris Wheel that allows you to see Seattle. Somehow we got the timing just right. We didn't have to wait long at the ticker booth or at the wheel. Thank goodness, because I'm not sure we would have made it with two little ones if there had been a long wait!
Paul & Harris stood in line at the wheel while Nolin & I checked out the water.
Now, this was my idea, but the second we got in the gondola & started moving, I kind of freaked out a little bit! I was a little anxious for Nolin to be moving around in there! But after everyone was on & we continues moving, it was really nice actually! We took about three slow rides around so we could see the water & the city. It was a gorgeous day in Seattle!
After we left the wheel, we took Nolin to ride a carousel inside one of the neat little places next to the waterfront.
Then we decided to take another walk through Pike Place Market since we were so close. We enjoyed a bit of ice cream to finish out our trip downtown! Nolin approved! :)
