Tulip Festival

On Saturday we took a quick trip up north to the annual Skagit Valley Tulip Festival. When I say quick, I mean quick! We really only spent a few minutes enjoying the beautiful tulip fields. We wanted to go before the festival ends at the end of this month, but it was a bit windy & chilly for Harris. Unfortunately he has a little cold bug now. :( Nolin had it last week - at least She shares with Harris, I guess?! :/

The festival seems pretty neat. There is a little town called Mt. Vernon with lots of different activities & there are several fields that you can drive to in order to see the tulips. The fields were absolutely gorgeous! Hopefully next year we will be able to enjoy it a little more.
